John Larkin
President & CEO
John has dedicated a nearly 30-year career to building successful marketing organizations, both as start-up entrepreneur
and manager of Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Centiv in 2002, John co-founded and grew SPECTRA into the pre-eminent
provider of geo-demographic marketing solutions to consumer products companies, then sold it to VNU Business Information
(now Nielsen Co.). Prior to SPECTRA, he participated in the development of the initial scanner based product tracking services
at Information Resources Inc., held sales management roles at Coca-Cola Co., and began his career at Procter & Gamble. He
holds a BA from University of Kentucky.
Jim Kearney
Executive VP of Operations
Over a 30-year career, Jim has built businesses on virtually every technology platform. Instant Impact is his latest achievement.
Prior to joining Centiv in 2000, he headed global deployment of Beloit Corporation manufacturing and financial software
applications. He has also implemented lean manufacturing systems and processes for Chicago Faucets, a leading plumbing manufacturer
and developed a multimillion dollar automated warehousing and logistics system for Rank Video Services. He holds a BA from
Southern Illinois University.
Adam Meier
CFO
Began his finance career at Deloitte & Touche. Adam has managed the finances of a number of fast-growing retail businesses.
Prior to joining Centiv in 2004, he was VP/Finance for Open Pantry Food Marts, the $100 million Wisconsin convenience store
chain. He also served as controller for Wisconsin Hospitality Group, which operates more than 120 Applebee’s and Pizza Hut
franchises. He holds a BS and MBA from Wright State University.
Dave Wilson
Executive Vice President
General Manager/Beverage Alcohol Division
Few executives can match Dave’s hands-on experience in every function on both the supplier and distributor sides of the
beverage alcohol business. Prior to joining Centiv in 2005, Dave worked 11 years on the distributor side of the business
for Southern Wine and Spirits and National Wine and Spirits in senior positions. Previous to that, he spent 16 years in
the supplier area with Joseph E. Seagram, working in manufacturing, finance and the majority of time in sales and marketing
positions rising to vice president, on-premise and national accounts. He holds a BA from University of Kentucky and an MBA
from Bellarmine University.
Mark Brinkman
CTO
Mark brings 22 years of technology experience with him to Centiv. Beginning in consulting, he soon rose to CIO and directed
global business initiatives. He then founded SystemBridge and managed key development initiatives at Nuveen Investments,
Inc. Mark holds his BS from the University of Illinois and his MS from DePaul University.
Angelo Vassallo
Senior Vice President
Having held numerous senior level sales and marketing positions within the Beverage Alcohol industry, Angelo brings decades
of leadership and experience to the table. Prior to joining Centiv in 2009, he held the position of VP of Marketing Communications
& Brand Development for Pernod Ricard and spent over thirty years at Seagrams, having held senior marketing and sales positions
in Europe, South America and the United States. He holds his Bachelor’s from Long Island University and his Masters from
Baruch College.
Tom Eastwood
Auto/Performance Products
For 36 years, Tom has worked at the top of major automotive organizations. He rose through the ranks of operations, marketing
and sales at Ford and then Nissan, where he ran the U.S. divisions of Nissan and Infiniti. He headed operations for Internet
auto startup LiquidPrice.com before joining Centiv in 2003. He holds a BA from the University of Utah.
